I'm genuinely thrilled to be a part of your journey to ensure you and your pets enjoy long, happy lives together! I’m not only a veterinarian who has spent over a decade providing integrative veterinary care for pets, I’m an animal lover, passionate about sharing my expertise and supporting you by treating your pet as if they were my own.
I specialize in traditional Chinese veterinary medicine (TCVM), acupuncture, and photobiomodulation therapy (PBMT) [also known as light/laser therapy] for companion animals, including dogs and cats. I have achieved incredible patient outcomes using these modalities and wholeheartedly trust that your pet can have a better quality of life because of these specialty treatments.

VESPER AND ME OUT FOR A WALK
I’m a proud pet parent of a Working Kelpie named Vesper. My previous dog, Chloei, was a big part of why I pursued a career in integrative veterinary medicine. In my free time, I love spending time with my partner Ben, working with Vesper on herding and nose work, being outside, hiking, dancing, reading, and playing Dungeons & Dragons and tabletop games.
CHLOEI AND ME
Western Veterinary Medicine
As a specialist, I have additional training beyond my veterinary degree and provide services not offered by most primary veterinarians. While I am not a replacement for their services, my services complement your pet’s regular veterinary visits.
Treating Early
Addressing concerns early results in smoother, less expensive, and more effective treatment in the long run, ultimately ensuring your pet's health and well-being for years to come.
Highly Bonded Pet Owners
You know your pet better than anyone. This is why having you, the pet parent, actively involved in your pet’s preventive and therapeutic treatments increases effectiveness and provides a quality of life you both can enjoy.
One-Treatment Option
I use a combination of highly personalized integrative treatments along with your primary veterinarian’s recommendations to bridge the gap between conventional and alternative medicine, offering a balanced and effective approach to your pet's healthcare.
Treatments that Make Pets Uncomfortable
There is no need to force a pet to sit through an integrative treatment. I will work with you and your pet to find treatment modalities that feel good for both of you. My goal is for your pet to enjoy my visits and minimize any fear they have surrounding veterinary care.
One Size Fits All Treatments
Using my integrative expertise, I provide custom treatment plans for each individual patient based on their specific western and traditional Chinese veterinary medicine (TCVM) diagnoses. I take pride in providing pets with loving, thoughtful, premium care.
"I called Dr. Jessi when my dog, Natalia, lost mobility in her hind legs. Dr. Jessi is beyond courteous and kind when it comes to caring for animals. She immediately made room in her schedule to do an on-site visit at my home. Natalia immediately loved her, which was important to me. Dr. Jessi provided Natalia with acupuncture and got Natalia back to hiking, which is both my and Natalia’s passion. She got my best girl moving again and the love and compassion she provided to Natalia goes beyond words. Natalia had helped me through an incredibly rough year and Dr. Jessi helped put her back together again for me. If you need an excellent, kind veterinarian, contact Dr. Jessi Turner. From the bottom of both my and Natalia’s heart, we highly recommend Jessi."
